Dipl.-Phys. Peer Stritzinger GmbH is a German enterprise and complies with EU data protection, in particular the BDSD and TMG, including updates related to the GDPR. Personal information is not made available to third parties unless we have received express consent, or if it is necessary to process a request you have made (such as a store purchase).

We won't share your email address, and we will only send occasional updates — around once per month.

We use MailChimp to manage our email list; you can read their privacy policy here. You must opt-in after receiving a registration notification email in order to be added to the list. You can unsubscribe at any time by submitting this form and clicking the link in the confirmation email. (Or submit and confirm in one go by clicking on an unsubscribe link in an email.)

Prior to December 2017, the newsletter was managed by CleverReach; their privacy policy is here. If you click on an unsubscribe link in an old email, it may not be reflected in the new database. Use a link from a new email, or the online form.

The store database and checkout are operated by Shopify; payments are processed via PayPal; orders may be shipped via Fulfillment by Amazon. VAT identification numbers are validated by Exemptify by Modules4U.

Email notifications related to your store purchases may also be sent via MailChimp; these emails are separate from the newsletter subscriptions.
